Nicole Diaz

Nicole has been a licensed Realtor® in the Tampa Bay Area since early 2018. She specializes in beach and Intracoastal real estate but is more than happy to help clients fulfill their real estate goals no matter the location. Her personal love for the ocean, plus being married to a St. Pete native & fishing charter captain, has allowed her to gain the knowledge and experience needed to specialize in Tampa Bay’s waterfront properties.

Developing real and long-term relationships with all of her clients that continue after closing day and providing the highest level of service to all is extremely important to Nicole.

Nicole grew up in a small town just north of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania but moved to St. Petersburg in January of 2018. She graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management & Rural Development. Along with her love for the ocean, Nicole has been a passionate equestrian since she was young and loves to travel.
