Leah brings deep experience from a prior career in advertising and marketing including roles at 22squared managing the social media for Publix and leading social media sales for over 6 years for a children’s boutique with $19M in revenue and over 200,000 customers. Leah’s marketing and social media experience give her a unique perspective on how to effectively market and SELL homes for top dollar, not just list them. Recently nominated and voted “Tampa Bay’s Real Estate Influencer of the Year” for 2021, Leah has built trust and a reputation amongst her peers as an agent you want to work beside which has been a huge win for the buyers her team represents in such a competitive multiple offer market. 

Leah comes from humble beginnings where her father worked two jobs to support their family which instilled an incredible work ethic in her from an early age. Her first job was at age 15 and she continued to work throughout high school and even worked two jobs on top of being a full time student at the University of Georgia to help pay her way. These experiences complement her ability to juggle the many hats a real estate professional must wear and accomplish new milestones in her business each year.

When Leah isn’t working, you’ll find her spending time with her family including her high school sweetheart and husband, Brant, their baby boy, Graham who they welcomed into the world in 2022 and their two fur babies - Hampton and Beau Herzwurm. Leah and her husband are homeowners in the charming Crescent Heights neighborhood of St Petersburg, FL.
